Holiday Apartment in Monteriggioni – “Sunny” Apartment. The Sunny apartment is a portion of the Rocca dei Monaci complex which comprises twenty apartments with original medieval features. All the apartments are private and there is a swimming pool for common use.  At the ground floor there is 1 room with a sofa bed for one person and another sofa bed for a second person, 1 Kitchen with refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, 1 double bedroom with a glass door with an access to the garden below through an external staircase. The surrounding area has an enchanting landscape of the hills. The Rocca dei Monaci is located at the top of a small hill surrounded by the Siena’s Chianti vineyards. The whole area is famous for its beautiful clayey red soil. The Sunny apartment is very comfortable. It provided with a garden with a laurel hedge ensuring you a considerable privacy and relax. The garden has a large gazebo and garden furnitures. The interior of the apartment is elegant and enchanting. The ceilings are structured with wooden beams. The surrounding area is renowned for its art, history, nature and its wonderful traditions. It 's the perfect place for a pleasant vacation throughout the year. There are two gardens, one above and one below the apartment, both fully equipped and one ofthem provided with a cute gazebo. The swimming pool, in common with the other residents of the apartments, is usually open from July to September. –The distance from the Apartment to the nearest grocery store is about 2 Km, and about 5 Km to the nearest town with all the shops and services.
