Holiday Apartment in Florence - Located in a quiet narrow street in one of the most interesting areas of the city center, this apartment will allow you to be advantaged on reaching quickly other important destinations such as Ponte alle Grazie, Ponte Vecchio and the Duomo. The area offer you a vaste choise of clubs where to spend the evening: restaurants, pubs, markets and cultural and artistic exhibitions are often available here. This gorgeous tiny apartment is situated in an historical Florentine building, but has just been completely renovated. It is asoloutely stunning for the functional use of its spaces: the kitchenette (complete with electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, kitchen tools set) is hidden behind the doors of a wall cupboard, the table takes up only 10cm when closed and has room up to 6 sits, there are two beds available (a single and a French one) that can be converted into sofas during the day. This way the room can turn into a living room, kitchen or bedroom! This is thought to be a terrific place for young people and suitable for couples able to adapt themselves to pure and simple accomodations but comfortable at the same time. The unique bathroom, covered with blue tiles, has two blue glass doors separating the shower from the rest of the space, and a big wall cabinet and hidden compartments will allow you to store your personal stuff. The main room is adorned with paintings, Italian books and ornaments, that make it very cozy. Thanks to its strategic location in the historical centre of the city and thanks also to the modern furnishings, this apartment is ideal for a week's holiday in Florence. The price is 350 euro per week, minimum stay one week/350euro. Additional price for every next night: 70euro. There special offers for longer stays. Deposit: 100euro. You can pay by bank transfer or cash on arrival. In case of damages to the apartment the deposit will be hold by the owner, otherwise it will be returned at the end of the stay.
